Our global warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia where we stock a huge range of products to give you the best choice possible! We make it our priority to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders received by 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (which is GMT+10 Standard Time and GMT+11 Daylight Saving Time) will be dispatched the same day and if you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day. If we are missing an item from your order or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order; this happens rarely but we'll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.
When placing your order, please take care to provide the correct address details to ensure the smooth delivery of your order. Missing an apartment number, or providing the wrong postcode can result in your parcel being delivered to the wrong address, lost in transit or returned to sender. We will not accept responsibility for delayed or missing parcels if the incorrect delivery details are provided when you place your order. If you choose to have your order addressed to a hotel, motel, holiday park or camp ground or any other type of short term or holiday rental accommodation, we will not accept any responsibility if your parcel is not successfully delivered to you, or delivered in the timeframe that you are at the address.
When your online purchase is dispatched you will receive an email containing your delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. Please follow the tracking on your parcel and check your email / phone for updates from the post/courier service as your parcel progresses. If you notice any issues with the delivery, please contact the post/courier service to request assistance and then if required, contact us to seek further assistance. We do rely on post/courier services to deliver parcels to you, so if there is a delivery issue, we request your understanding that we will assist to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email which contains your tracking number so you can track your parcel through the Australia Post system. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk mail or ensure you've submitted the correct email address when placing your order.
When you proceed through the checkout you are provided the option to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel. This means that if you are not at the delivery address, Australia Post will find the safest place to leave your parcel. They will photograph the delivery as proof it was delivered.
Despite the availability of the above service, we highly recommend that you require a signature upon delivery and that you can provide an address where you will be available during normal office hours. If you have requested signature on delivery and you are not available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number on the Australia Post website to track its progress.
Please take note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods, after the goods have been signed for and if you have provided Australia Post authority to leave your goods. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the "Company" field in the Shipping stage of the checkout process.
Post Office Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is only available from our Abbotsford shop. If you select Click & Collect you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. The address for collection is 358 Johnston Street, Abbotsford, 3067. Parking in Johnston Street can be difficult so we would suggest parking in Rich Street or Turner Street.
Collection hours are strictly 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. If our shop is open on Saturday, collection can also be made during our opening hours. Normal Saturday hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm however we urge you to check our Google listing from the most up-to-date opening hours before visiting. If our shop appears closed when you arrive and/or the front door is locked, please ring the doorbell and one of our staff will be with you shortly. Please be prepared to show your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Our premium international delivery service is provided by DHL International and offers door-to-door delivery of your order with tracking and signature on delivery. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes from 5 to 7 business days to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas will take longer. Unfortunately, DHL are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes so you’ll need to provide us with a street address for your home or workplace. Please note, our shipping charges are not the actual cost of sending your order, as we subsidise this cost to ensure our products remain affordable for our international customers.
For some countries, we will charge and collect any sales tax and customs duty payable with your order so there will be no unexpected fees when the goods are imported into your country. Please see the country specific shipping notes below to see what we do for your country. If we don’t collect any duty/tax for orders delivered to your country, DHL International will act as the clearing agent for your order and will charge an administration fee as well as duties and taxes that are payable on your shipment. We are not responsible for these charges, which can be substantial on top of the price paid for your order. To avoid any unexpected charges, please check the import rules carefully for your country and email us if you have any questions, before placing your order.
