Dispatching Your Order

Our warehouse team make it their priority to get your order out as soon as possible.  Orders received by 1pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day and if you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day. If we are missing an item from your order or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order; this happens rarely but we’ll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.

Delivering in Australia

FREE Express Post delivery on all orders over $90.

$5.00 charge for Express Post delivery on orders $90 or less.

We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver all orders. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post which will contain your tracking number so you can track your parcel through the Australia Post website (click here to go there now). You can also download the Australia Post mobile app to track your order on your iPhone by clicking here.

If you are located in the Express Post zone (most capital cities and surrounding suburbs) you should receive your order the day after dispatch from our warehouse. You can see if you are within the Express Post zone by clicking here to the Australia Post website. Delivery to rural areas will take longer. Delivery times are provided to us by Australia Post and whilst we get your orders out on time we have no control for any delays that may occur via this service.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be available during normal office hours. Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number on the Australia Post website to track its progress.

Please take note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods, after the goods have been signed for. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the "Company" field in the Shipping stage of the check out process.

Post Office Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses.

Delivering Outside Australia

EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL: This is our premium international delivery option which offers door to door delivery of your order with tracking and signed delivery.  Express Courier International delivery takes from 2 to 4 business days to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas will take longer.  Please see the table below for Express Courier International prices to various locations.

Although rare, international orders may be subject to delays at the border on arrival into the destination country. Unfortunately we have no control over this and it may delay the delivery of your order by several weeks. Your order may also be subject to customs or duty charges which you are responsible for on arrival into the destination country. We suggest you check with the customs authority in your country to determine what charges may apply.
