The Funky Trunks F-Team dove into Queensland State Champs and Vic Age Champs.

With the end of 2017 just around the corner, the Funky Trunks F-Team dove into a massive week of racing across the Queensland State Championships and Victorian Age Championships.

Taking on Queensland Champs, New Zealand F-Teamer Julian Layton grabbed silver in the men's 200m breaststroke in a time of 2:13.15.

Olympian Jayden Hadler showcased his male model skills in Funk Trunks latest campaign.

Olympian Jayden Hadler was back in the pool after recently moving to train with coach Dean Boxall at St Peters Western. Jayden smashed it out in the finals of the men's 100m butterfly and 200m individual medley, as well as taking out the gold in the men's 200m medley club relay.

Young gun Connor Brackin juggled a jam-packed race schedule over the weekend, dominating in the boys 15yrs 200m breaststroke to win gold in a time of 2:21.86. He just missed out on a podium finish in the boys 15yrs 200m individual medley with an impressive 4th place finish.

Elliot Weber added to his medal collection at the State Championships, placing 3rd in two events. He nabbed a bronze medal in both the boys 14yrs 200m breaststroke (2:32.30) and the 100m breaststroke (1:09.52).

Three-time Paralympic athlete Blake Cochrane won gold in the men's 100m breaststroke (MC).

F-Teamers David Schlicht and Ryan Bicknell took on Victorian Age Champs last week as they went head to head with some of the state's top age group athletes. Ryan took the gold in both the boys 16yrs 200m breaststroke (2:21.37) and the 100m breaststroke (1:05.75).

David Schlicht emerged from the water to help us out with our latest campaign shoot.

Racing across the boys 17/18yrs age group, David Schlicht came in 1st place in the 100m breaststroke (1:02.91), the 200m individual medley (2:04.63) and the 400m individual medley (4:27.44). He also raced the 200m butterfly, 100m butterfly and 100m freestyle, taking out 2nd place in all three events!
