We offer a 30 day money-back return policy, though any shipping charge is
non-refundable. For boxer shorts, we cannot accept returns of washed or
worn products. If you're going to ship products back to us for return, it is
not necessary to contact us first. In the return shipment, it is best to include
a copy of the packing slip / receipt that came with your order. If you don't
have this or want to keep it, make sure to include your name, address, and
approximate order date with your return. Though lost/misdirected packages are
rare, if you want to protect yourself against this possibility you should insure
your package when sending it back to us.
